Oh Kittu is a homegrown, women-led brand based in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India, specializing in handcrafted hair accessories — scrunchies, bows, headbands, and more — made with love, care, and creativity.

Throughout these Terms, the words “we,” “us,” “our,” refer to Oh Kittu, and “you” refers to the user, visitor, or customer.

All our products are 100% handmade, which means:

5. Orders and Shipping

• Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
• Most products are made to order; please allow 2–5 business days for processing before dispatch.
• We offer nationwide delivery across India and worldwide shipping to select countries.
• Shipping timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping details; Oh Kittu is not liable for delays caused by incorrect addresses.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Because each piece is handcrafted:

• We currently do not offer returns on handmade items unless the product you received is defective or damaged.
• Exchange is possible only for size or product issues, subject to availability.
• To request an exchange, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at support@ohkittu.com.
• Cancellations are accepted only if the order has not yet been shipped.

7. Custom Orders

We accept custom requests for designs, colors, or gift packaging.
Once a custom order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded as it is made exclusively for you.
