Every product is handcrafted with care, and we truly hope you love your purchase. Since each item is made by hand, slight variations are part of the charm — not flaws.
This Refund & Return Policy explains how we handle exchanges, refunds, and cancellations.
1. No Returns on Handmade Items
Because our products are 100% handmade and made-to-order, we currently do not accept returns for change of mind or minor variations in color or stitching. Each scrunchie, bow, or headband is carefully created just for you.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care to ensure your items reach you in perfect condition.
However, if you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo or video of the product and packaging
Once verified, we will offer you:
✅ A replacement will be delivered within 5-7 days (preferred), or
✅ A full refund (if replacement isn’t possible)

3. Cancellations
You may request a cancellation before your order is shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellations cannot be processed.
To cancel, please email support@ohkittu.com or message us via WhatsApp with your order details.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds (for damaged or canceled items) will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
Please note, depending on your bank, it may take additional days for the refund to reflect.
